• Responsible for analysis, planning, and execution of a variety of operational reliability and customer experience performance improvement projects within the Domestic Stations region
  • Synthesizes extensive business knowledge with large amounts of data into meaningful and actionable insights that lead to operational and customer experience improvements
  • Provides presentations to senior leadership, trending, reporting and detailed root cause analysis of performance impacts and development of recommended actions to continuously improve operational performance and customer experience performance
  • Completes ad hoc analysis of operational performance and identifies relationships between metrics throughout the business unit
  • Develops and reports KPIs including support of the Monthly Performance Review for senior leaders and seeks opportunities to improve KPI performance and develops action plans
  • Monitors the progress of multiple projects and intervenes when appropriate to ensure success
  • Partners with departments within and outside of ACS to ensure project success
  • Represents Delta professionally in all forms of communication, meetings, and business reviews
  • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or other business-related discipline and/or three to five years of recent experience in relevant positions
  • Quantitative analysis and reporting work experience required
  • Delta operations experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with SAS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and handle multiple projects / tasks with time constraints required
  • Ability to apply Project Management practices and tools, including Critical Chain Project Management to the management of cross-divisional initiatives to improve business value, reliability and implementation timelines
  • Ability to partner and work well with others
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work closely with others up to and including senior management
  • Proven experience in change management and process improvement
  • Some travel required
