In these years I worked as a Process Engineer for Imerys and as a Sales Engineer for FRC Systems. At Imerys, I optimized production processes, worked on cross-functional teams, fought “fires”, supervised employees, and completed a Six Sigma project after getting my green belt. I wanted to do something more and landed my next job at FRC Systems. Long story short, that was a FAIL. FRC Systems provide excellent value to their clients. I could not provide excellent value to FRC Systems. Not everything goes according to plan.
